Chest /Back ....body comp

Body comp this morning, have lost 3 lbs...mass has maintained. Happy, at least trying to be, it can never happen fast enough!!!

My mentality wasn't full on today, not sure why, maybe just tired from working all weekend. I kept feeling disappointed in my weights/reps..and then looking at last week..I did more reps/weight this time, so it should have been all positive. Ugh, week 6 and the headgame starts...I am sure after another full night's sleep i will be back to my usual hyperactive self.

Warm- ups not included
Deadlift 225x10 :) 225X8, 225X8

SS:
bent over row 3 sets 155X10 :)
Incline bench 3 sets 130X6

NG Lat pull 140X8, 7, 6
DB flat bench 55'sX10, 8, 8

SS:
Wide cable row 130X10, 9, 8
Incline DB flyes 3 sets 35'sX10

Cardio 10 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes upright bike.
