Best workout in recent memory! Five personal bests!
Chest
Flat Bench: 12x135, 10x145, 8x155, 6x165 (PB!)
DB Fly's: 12x20, 10x25, 8x30, 6x35 (PB!)
Incline DB: 12x90, 10x90, 7x100 (Failure!), 10x110 (PB! With spotter)
Pec Deck: 12x90, 10x100, 8x115, 8x135 (PB!) - 1st set up 5, 2nd up 10.
Bi-ceps
Started with 21's, just the bar.
Barbell Curl: 12x45, 10x55, 8x70, 6x80 (PB!)
Rev. Preacher Curls: 12x20x2, 10x20x2, 8x25x2 (Almost failure), 6x30x2 (Failure left arm)
Incline Hammer Curls: 12x20x2, 10x20x2, 8x25x2, 6x25x2
More 21'S! (Straight after hammer curls)
Bar + 10, for 1 (Screeming in pain here, good pain!)
Bar + 15, for 1
Really felt the burn in the arms, today.
Excellent water, super clean food so far, watch alarm is set!
