Chest & Bi's 7.5/10

Slowly getting better from my injuries. Work-out was at about a 75% level. Due to time constraints, only 3 exercises per body part as opposed to 4.

Chest

Flat Bench: 12x135, 10x155, 6x175, 6x155 (Shoulder pain still impeding movement, considering dropping weight next week to concentrate on form)
Pec Deck: 12x105 (Up 5 NW), 10x120, 8x135, 8x155 (Up 5)
DB Flat Bench: (New exercise, figuring out weight) 7x45x2, 10x30x2, 8x35x2, 6x45x2 (Good exercise to help develop flat bench)

Bi-cep

21's@Bar
Reverse Preacher Curl: 12x20x2, 10x20x2, 8x25x2, 6x30x2 (Good full range of motion on the 30's)
21's@45
Cable Curl: 12x55, 10x65, 8x80, 8x95 (PB!)
21's @ 35

Another good Bicep day, really starting to feel isolation in the muscle.

Still feeling injuries (shoulder, knee, neck & back from fall) but getting better every day, should be fully recovered by Monday.
