Chest & Bi's...5/10

Bad day. Renovations have taken their toll. Shoulder is completely down for the count. On the up-side, pretty good bi-cep day.

Warm-up, 10 mins eliptical.

Chest

Flat Bench: 12x135, 10x155, 4x170 (Real shoulder pain here) 6x155
DB Fly's: 12x25x2, 10x30x2, 8x30x2, 7x40x2 (PB?)
Incline DB: 12x45x2 - I stopped here due to shoulder, pain was too great for this exercise.
Pec Deck: 12x105, 10x110 (Up 10), 8x120 (Up 10), 7x155 (PB!)

Bi-ceps

21's Bar
Preacher E-Z Curl: 12x45, 10x55, 8x65, 6x90 (PB!)
21's @ 35
Cable Curl: 12x45, 10x55, 8x70, 10x85 - All up 10
21's @ 35
Concentration Curls: 12x20x2, 10x20x2, 8x25x2, 6x30x2

Poor water, supps & food. Last day of renovations. Back to clean tomorrow.

** Side Note: Took a nasty header coming out of the hardware store (slipped on the ice), saw both feet in front of my face before my shoulders and head hit hard on the asphalt. Will probably be pretty stiff rom it in the morning.
