Slacked over the holiday on cardio..and on diet..back on it today. Crabby about letting myself get derailed by stupid emotional situations. Ready for the final push to my goal.

Warm-up 3 min elliptical

Incline push ups 20, 20 15, 12
Incline db presses 25sX20, 35sX15, 45sX12, 45sX10

SS
flat bench 95X15, 135X8, 135X8, 135X6, 75X20
Incline flyes 20'sx15, 25'sX12, 30'sx10, 35'sX10, 15'sx20

SS with rest
standing calf raise 180X12, 220X10, 220X10, 50X20
seated calf raise 115X12, 140X10, 140x10, 45X20

15 minutes cardio pwo w a few intervals up. will do longer cardio session tonight.
