Chest day

Bench 135x12 185x10 195x10 205x9
Incline 135x10 155x10 165x8
machine flies 80x10 70x10 60x10
Eliptical machne 20 mins 336cals burned.
Highlights: incline bench 135was so easy need to go to 145 to start. bench press was great nice tight form!
Lowlights: Elbows really tender.....may have to switch up to DB for Bench
