Chest day

cardio was treadmill (legs way to sore for anything but walking) ave 3.4 for 20 mins.
Highlights: felt good going heavy again on chest. Need to really work this up again. But as there are only women and older men there in the morning i will have to set up in the squat cage for saftey.
Lowlight: have been really enjoying the Flyes but to do just did not feel good in the joints for them.
