chest, shoulders & stability - 10/28

i forgot to log my leg workout last week. clearly, i'm moving at a snail's pace getting back into workout mode, but i'm getting there. for legs i did squats, extensions, sldls and seated calf presses. i actually fell asleep doing stability work that day. i was worn out.

here's today's workout...

single-arm db bench press:
10 x 27.5s, 8 x 30s, 6 x 32.5s, 6 x 35s

incline db press:
10 x 22.5s, 8 x 25s, 6 x 30s, 6 x 30s

cable crossovers:
10 x 30s, 8 x 30s, 6 x 30s, 6 x 30s

internal/external rotation w/green band:
3 x 15 each side/each movement

single-arm lateral raises w/green band:
3 x 15

db shrugs:
3 x 15 x 40s

side tosses against the wall:
3 x 10 x 8lb ball

dead bugs on foam roll:
2 x 10

leg lifts w/medicine ball overhead raises:
2 x 10 x 4lb ball

bike home.

shoulder is still feeling pretty terrible, but it's only going to get fixed with surgery so whatever.
