chest, shoulders & stability - 8/5

lately i've been frustrated with my chest days because the tear in my labrum makes it really difficult (read: painful) to bench, so i think i might have to eliminate it altogether. i just don't feel like i'm working hard enough. anyway, here's today's workout.
incline bb bench:
10 x 65, 2 x 10 x 70
hammer bench:
5 x 67 + 3 x 57, 8 x 47, 10 x 47 (see, really, really awful. and painful)
straight to the shoulder rehab stuff...
lateral raises w/green band:
3 x 12 x 5 each arm
internal/external rotation w/green band:
3 x 12 each side/movement
bb shrugs:
3 x 12 x 90
leg raises w/4-lb medicine ball overhead raise:
2 x 10
reverse dead bugs:
2 x 10
medicine ball sit-up throws:
2 x 15
biked home in tropical storm edouard. yes, it hit today and i rode my bike. i don't have a car and really wanted to work out.
