Pec dec-75x15 90x15 120x15
Dips 4 4 6 7 7 6
Press downs 110x15 120x15 130x15
One hand pull downs 30x15x3
BB curls barx15 65x10 75x10 95x10
DB curls 30x10 40x10 45x8 35x10 SS w
Kickbacks 25x10 30x10 35x10
EZ curls 50x10 70x10 80x10

All in all good workout. Chest was done with a slow count and a hold on last rep of each set....arms swelled up nice and tight. Still that way now!
