Chest & Tri's

First of all, messed up day. Went to the gym late and there was nobody around. Ran out of time near the end. As I have heard both that you should train Bi's with Chest and Tri's with Chest, I'll alternate week to week.

Chest

Smith Flat Bench: (Alone in gym): 7x140 (What the hell happened here?)
Found a spotter, return to reg. flat bench: 12x135, 8x155, 5x185 (20 lbs more than last week!)
Incline DB's: 12x100, 10x100, 7x110 (Failure), 7.5x120 (Spotter)
Pec Deck: 12x95, 10x 110, 8x120, 8x145 (PB!)
DB Flys: 12x20x2, 10x25x2, 8x30x2, 6x35x2 (1st set up 5 next WO)
Cable Cross Overs to Failure @ 90

Tri-ceps

Here's where I was running out of time...tried to super-set, weights were all over the place, failure on every super-set, but man what a burn!

Kneeling Pull-Overs: 12x55, 10x70, 8x85, 6x95
Push Downs: 12x105, 5x125 (W.T.F,?), 7x125, 6x135
DB Skullcrushers: 12x15x2, 9x15x2, 8x20x2
Between Bench Dips: 12xBW, 12xBW, 12xBW, 12xBW

The Bench dips just fried my arms, left me nothing for the rest of the super-set.

Good water, supps and food today (6 Meals! Yeah!). Try not to go to gym at night when out of time.
