Finally caught up!
Decided to change a few things based on some advice. Dropping reps to 10 (Warm-up) 8,6,4 working sets. Not pyrimiding weights but staying at 90% max. Felt good, faster in the gym, no more than 45 secs between sets. Really pumped up tri's.
Warm-Up: Treadmill, 5 mins, 75 cals, 0.51 miles, 5.75 mins.
Chest
Flat Bench: 10x90, 8x135, 6x135, 4x135 - Up 10
Pec Deck: 10x110, 8x145, 6x145, 4x145 - Up 10
Incline DB: 10x40x2, 8x55x2, 6x55x2, 4x55x2 - Get spotter if possible and up 5
DB Flat Bench: 10x30x2, 8x45x2, 6x45x2, 4x45x2 - Up 5 each DB.
Tri's
Kneeling Pull-Overs: 10x125, 8x150, 6x150, 4x150 - Good
Dips: 10xBW
DB Skull Crushers: 10x20x2, 8x25x2, 6x25x2, 4x25x2 - Stay here, still left arm failure.
Dips: 12xBW
Pull Downs: 10x125, 8x150, 6x150, 4x150
Dips: 10xBW, 10xBW
Still feeling a little in the neck, but not much.
