chest workout - 9/10/07

first of all, i am having a bittersweet monday morning because the eagles lost :( but the texans kicked kansas city's ass. :) go texans. on to the workout...

started my 4-weeks of trying to shock my muscles today.

one-arm hammer incline press
superset with pushups:
ip: 42 x 12 / pu: 10
ip: 42 x 8 / pu: 8
ip: 42 x 6 / pu: 6
ip: 42 x 6 / pu: 6

note: huffing and puffing like it's my job after this. nice.

decline db press
superset with decline db flyes:
dbdp: 25s x 12 / ddbf: 10s x 10
dbdp: 25s x 8 / ddbf: 10s x 8
dbdp: 25s x 6 / ddbf: 10s x 6
dbdp: 25s x 6 / ddbf: 10s x 6

abs
decline crunches:
3 x 15
seated machine twists:
3 x 38 x 15
lying front leg tucks:
3 x 15

15 min. on the bike ... running short on time, had to get to work.
