Chest/Abs

Got my chest workout in today...staying with my 6 days for chest and shoulders, and 5 days for bi's and tri's. Don't really know what to think about todays workout, it was good, yet it wasn't. The enthusiasm was a bit down, felt sluggish on some lifts and good on others. It was really kind of weird, couldn't keep an "even" keel. Followed with a nice ab workout though.

May have been due to yesterday and today were low carb days...I am doing a carb cycling diet. Tomorrow I up the carbs. Going to post a recipe I found for pancakes in the recipe section. Can't wait to do them tomorrow morning.

Flat dumbbell benches
sets...85x7,100x6,110x4,110x3,100x5

Hammer strength flat bench
sets....200x6,225x3,225x3

Incline dumbbells
sets....70x6,80x4,85x3

Hammer strength incline
sets....180x3,180x4,180x5(kind of odd, I improved as I went)

Decline bench(these were way down)
sets....205x3,205x4,205x4

Dumbbell pullovers
sets...80x10,80x8
