No spotter, kind of sucked today. But, made the best of it, all in all not too bad.

Chest

Incline dumbbell presses
(warmup)...30x12,45x6,60x6
Sets....70x6,75x5,80x2,75x3/40x10(supersetted last set only)

Dumbbell pullovers
Sets...80x10,80x10,85x10

Decline barbell(really sucked here)
(wamup)...135x10,185x6
Sets....225x3,225x3,235x3,235x3

Flat dumbbell benches
(warmup)...70x5
Sets....85x4,90x3,95x2,85x4,95x2(had to go back to it, didn't feel like I was hitting it good. Always had to stop short with no spot)

Seated chest press
Sets....260x6,

Flat bench flies
Sets....40x10,45x10


Abs

Upper pulley cable crunches
120x40,160x15,160x15,160x12,

Weighted leg raises
2 sets of 10 with 10lb. weight
