Well, no spotter again today. I decided to go ahead and do the 110's and ask a kid in the gym for a spot. He gladly obliged, but after doing 2 reps, I needed help. The poor kid was not strong enough and I heard him grunting and he was losing his grip on my elbows. Figured it was time to just drop em, after which the kid spotting me thanked me because he didn't think he could take them! Oh well, guess I will just have to advance in weight on my own with no spotter.

Went a bit overboard today on chest, but at the beginning I felt so strong, and was so dissapointed, felt all workout I had to "make up" for things for some reason. Anyway, followed with a really nice ab workout.
