Took a week off(kind of forced, but needed). A little rest time before comp training again anyway. So, here is todays workout.
Chest

Decline barbell
(warmup)...184x4
Sets....225x5,225x4,235x2,225x4(strip weight and pumped out 10 with 185)
Flat d.b. benches

Sets...85x4,90x5,100x3,100x3(one burnout set with 65 for 10)
Back
Wide grip lat pulldowns to the front supersetted with close grip lat pulldowns to the front resisting the stretch.
