Chest/Back 4 working sets

A little tired today - woke up at 2 in the morning and couldn't keep my mind from thinking..ala in all a good workout. going to do my cardio this evening because the workout was long.

Warm-ups not included:

Deadlifts 230X10, 8, 8, 6

One arm db row 65X10 3 sets, 70X7 :)
Incline DB Press 60'sX10, 8, 8, 9

SS
Wg pull down 140X8, 140X7, 120X10, 120X12
DB bench press 60'sX8, 60'sX7, 50'sX10, 10

SS
NG cable row 130X8, 120X10, 110X10, 10
pec dec 70X12, 80X10, 90X10, 100X10

dropped some of the weights as I got fatigued and just worked for the contraction and stretch. Chest and back are feling pretty fried :)
