Chest

Flat bench dumbbells
(warmup)...35x12,50x10,65x6,70x3
sets....85x6,95x6,100x5(very pleased here),110x3,100x4(went one over on my sets)

Incline db's
Sets...70x6,..this was a drop set, just felt like it!!,75x5

Seated chest press(was weak here today, usually push 290-300 for sets of 6)
Sets...290x2,270x3

Flat bench flies
Sets....50x9,50x10


On to back....

Wide grip chins
Sets....10Xbw, 9xbw+10, 5xbw+10(was off here from the last time, but remembering I did chest first this time), 7xbw+10

Bent over rows
Sets....135x12,150x10,150x10

One arm dumbbell rows
Sets....70x10,85x8,85x8

Underhand close grip pulldowns
sets....100x10,100x10

Shoulder width chins(first set with assist, second without)
Sets....30x9,6

Hypers
2 sets of 10 with 25 lb. plate

And Abs....

Upper pulley cable crunches
sets....110x30,160x15,160x12,160x8...supersetted with lying weighted leg raises...sets....10x10,10x10

Swiss ball crunches(extremely strict, hold each rep for a great burn)use a 25 lb. plate
Sets....2 sets of 15

So that was 95 reps of Abs in some fashion. My goal on abs is to get 90-100 reps of some sort on abs twice per week, maybe 3.

Very productive workout today, great pumps while adhereing to my set/rep strategy.
