On my feet all day on location... four hours of standing... didn't do my lower back any good after back day yesterday... a little stiff...
DB Incline Press: 10x15/10x25/8x40/6x50
DB Flat Bench Press: 10x20/10x30/8x40/3x50
Pec Deck: 10x20/10x30/10x40/8x55
Ball Push Ups: 12/12/12/12
Donkey Calf Raises: 10x78/10x78/10x78/10x78
