Chest/Calves and Cardio
So sometime over the past year or two, I've gained almost 20 pounds. It's not really fat but I'm just thicker, so at 5'9" and 179 pounds, it's time to lose about 15 pounds.
So today, I did an hour on the eliptical machine and 3 exercises of chest (4 sets a pieces, 16,14,12,10 reps) and one exercise of calves (4 Sets, 16 reps each)
I don't really want to lose muscle, just fat, so I am thinking of cutting back the number of reps in each set to no higher than 10 to 12.
My gym has an awesome feature which has a built in tv with cable in the eliptical machine. It makes it so much easier to complete the cardio while watching tv. Today, I watched a special on the history channel about the 75th anniversary of the Lindbergh New York_Paris flight.
Tomorrow is tricep/biceps and cardio or course.
