Chest(changed things up a bit today, started with declines, then went to inclines and then flat bench last)

Declines
(warmup)...135x15,185x6
Sets....225x6,225x4,235x5,235x3

Incline dumbbells
Sets....70x6,80x4,85x3,

Flat bench dumbbells
Sets...85x5,95x4,100x3,110x1

Seated chest press
Sets....290x3,,290x3

Superset cross bench dumbbell pullovers with dips(no weight)
Sets....80x10,80x10/10,10


Obliques

10 each side on torso rotation with 95,110,120

****Note, I stopped all sets short of needing a spot(forced rep of any kind). This is contest time, can't tear down what calories won't allow me to repair. My goal is to maintain muscle while cutting fat.
