Circuit Training

I signed up for the circuit training program but I'm not sure how many days a week I should be doing it.  Someone told me that you shouldn't be doing it more than 3 day per week.  Is that true?

    Welcome to the site. You can do it as much as you like, but since it's a full body circuit then you should have a rest day in between. So yes, 3 days a week will work great. You can increase the difficulty from beg to adv and be sure to follow the times between sets. For more questions and answer, join our groups (Community > Groups).
