Just abs and cardio. Had my coffee with me.

Ball crunches holding med ball, arms straight overhead:
3 sets, 20x8lbs
ball oblique crunches, same ball: 3 sets, 15x8lbs.
cable crunches: 3 sets, 12x40
reverse crunches, 6 lb. med ball between knees: 1 set of 20
double crunches, 1 set of 20

HIIT on treadmill, 28 minutes total with warmup and cooldown, 10 1-min intervals.
