Combining yesterday and today

Didn't make my entry for yesterday, so I will do yesterday, and follow it with today. I did arms yesterday. Here is how it went...
Arms...
Standing straight bar curls...9x95,6x105,6x105x6x105, Supersetted with Dips....9x75,8x75,8x80,7x80 (dumbbell strapped around my waist)
Incline bench curls(35 degree)...12x40,10x40,10x40,12x40...Supersetted with Decline dumbbell extensions....11x35,10x35,10x35,12x35
Incline seated dumbbell curls....10x50,10x55,4x60,5x55...supersetted with Upper cable pressdowns with good form....12x130,12x140,10x160,9x160
Followed with holding double biceps flex for 2 1 minute periods, and the same with triceps. Very painful!
Arms were pretty well screaming, I haven't trained them this way for quite a long time, and should be a good shock.
Forearms...
EZ bar reverse curls...20 with bar, 15x20,20x20...supersetted with EZ bar standard wrist curls. Simply without rest flip the bar over and proceed...20 with bar, 15x20,20x20
This is for great vascularity.
Ok, today, Saturday is a "rest" day. Did abs and cardio(HIIT) this morning.
May go back up and do some standard cardio(20 minutes) this evening, haven't decided yet.
