Comp and cardio

Down 2 pounds and did this for cardio (can i just say that HIIT after leg day with brian BITES!!!!!)

15 min HIIT on elliptical followed by 30 min LI on elliptical (all the treadmills were in use)

Hurray! Rest tomorrow. Last night i couldn't get comfortable to sleep because my quads were too sore to lie on, and my shoulders were too sore to lie on, and my traps were sore...lol. What a mess. But definitely feeling like it is all working :)
