back hypers 3 sets of 15

back twisted hypers 3 sets of 15 each side

half supermans hold 30 seconds each side 4 times

lying leg tucks w/ weight 15x5 12x10 10x15

lying side leg raises 3 sets of 20 each side

stretch 15 minutes

No canoe this weekend. Water pump blew on boat so no shower. Pump arrives a week from today. so I'm working straight through to next weekend.

I'm still off of treadmill but I bought some super arch support inserts for shoes that the orthopedic shoe store said would fix my foot. Hope to walk tomorrow albeit on no incline per shoe store person.
