core/arms, blah

Worked this morning and fit in my core/arm training that shouldve happened yesterday but yesterday I felt like a wet rag and napped instead.

Core...I am still building up to the volume that I am supposed to be doing..one problem is that my shoulders are so tired that ball pikes are difficult, and my upper body is tired so hanging leg raises are challenging..lol whine whine whine.

I did core first today and that was better.

hanging leg raises past parallel 4 sets 15
ball pikes 6, 8, 6 lol
ball crunches, 2 sets 30

My arm day is my shortest day :) I was pleasantly surprised at my strength today. had a good lift.

Superset:
bench dips 5 sets 20
standing bb curls 50X20, 50X20, 8-0x5, 80x5, 80x5

Superset:
overhead db ext 30X20, 30x20, 60x5, 60x5, 60x5
incline db curls 15x20, 15x20, 30x5, 30x5, 35x5

had a few clients and then did my cardio inbetween other appointments. 35 minutes ramping elliptical

tomorrow is a day off from lifting, I will do cardio at some point.

I decided today I need to refocus and make sleep a priority. I have been dating a guy who is on a different schedule, which results in my getting to bed later than I should most nights. I guess my goals need to take priority over relationships right now, because I am exhausted.
