Dog a yapping; so, I got up at 5 this morning. Next thing I know; the furry beast is sitting in front of me with his dang leash.
30 minute walk; slow pace today. Heck, I was able to drink my coffee as we walked along.
Decided to workout this morning rather then tonight.
