Crouching Tim Hidden Pain

Warm Up:  KB and some joint mobility

TJB: 10

TGU: 20lb 3/side - got some interesting looks from a bodybuilder type dude.. don't think he's seen them before.

C&P and Pullup Ladders:  three ladders of three rungs with the 16kg bell.

Scap Retraction: 10/10/10

Roller & Stretch: 21:30

Thoughts:  HF is still pretty tight and this seems to be affecting my quad.  Trying to keep everything stretched on a regular basis.  I think I may have aggravated it crouching last night.  Ugh.

May start yoga.
