DAMAGE REPORT!!!
OK, it took fresh measurements today and weight myself, because tomorrow I will get serious again about health and fitness. I think I'm ready to concentrate on nutrition and exercise again. In the past 6 weeks I managed to put on 5.6 lbs and 7 inches. I completely destroyed all my challenge results. But it's ok, life happens and I'll just have to start over. There will be ups and downs for the rest of my life and I'll better learn to deal with it :) So good bye 2006 and all your bad habits!!! To a successful and happy 2007 :)
