Well here I am, new member ready to reach my goals. Starting my journey from 220lbs to 180lbs (hey a little meat is sexy, i don't want to be a snapable twig and neither does my boyfriend)) Technically my workout calender starts tomorrow but before I found this site I had already walked 1 1/2 miles on my treadmill at 2.4mph. I started to try to do some butt and leg exercises but the workout I tried was too confusing in the instructions and the videos didn't always work ( don't worry it was not on this site!) So I will keep this flog updated on my progress often and once i get a new battery for my scale I will include weight and measurements! :) Wish me luck tomorrow!
