Day 1 20/30 Diet
Starting today, I'm trying the 20/30 diet. I went to the store last night, and bought eggs, bacon and milk. I woke up at 8:15am today, which is the earliest I've woken up in along time and made myself a breakfast burrito. Scrambled egg, bacon, green bell pepper, onion and colby & monterey jack cheese on a flour tortilla. I had unsweetened applesauce and a cup of milk on the side. It's coming close to lunch time but thanks to the filling breakfast I had, I'm not all that hungry. I don't know if that's a good sign or not, but we'll see how it goes. My calorie intake so far with just breakfast is 621 calories.
