Today I started my exercise plan. I am exercising 5 days a week for about 2 hours. I am doing only 20 minutes of cardio 4 days of the week because I wanna build muscle fast. I will also start doing yoga today, about 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week. I will keep posting my progress. Today has been great so far!!!
