Today is the day I decided to find a routine that i am going to be comfortable to follow. an hour to an hour and a half in the gym should be more than enough for me to meet my goal in less than 6 months. I have 180 days to lose 40 lbs. i would prefer to do it in less than 100 days, but im setting a realistic goal.
