I stumbled upon this website because I have become utterly bored with my regular workout and I think I've reached a plateau. I'm hoping that by using this system I will be able to work through a routine and continually add new exercises to my workout. I also hope to track my progress - maybe it will increase motivation for me if I force myself to write it down rather than just think it in my head.
My goal is not to lose weight, but to build strength and overall tone. No specific goals come to mind - but I know that I should set some because it will increase my chances of being successful.
