I'm tired of comments being made about me looking pregnant. I struggle a lot with food as I am an emotional eater. I also struggle with exercise as I start if strong, then get sore and weak soon afterwards. Today I started small. I started on the beginners and only did half. My body feels less stressed and less tense. However I did get bored very easily with the at home workout exercises. Any suggestions on how to spice up these particular exercises?
