Day 1!

On top of doing everything in my workout plan today, I ALSO walked a mile and plan to walk another one later :-) I know that this excitement is due to starting a new regime, and may begin to fade into irritation and laziness by week two, but I'm hoping that by having the right support, I can actually follow through with my goals this time around.
