Day 1

Today is my first day back on a workout plan after a 1 month break (I got married 4 weeks ago to my best friend and love of my life Gary, I'm very excited!)  My workout before the wedding was 6 days/wk -  Bootcamp class one day/wk, 3 sets of 15 pushups daily, 200 bicycle abs daily, and cardio 5 days/wk.  I felt great and I was slimming down (abs and love handles mostly).  My goal now is to get back to being healthy (eating more and eating more healthy and consistent healthy movement).  I also want to be at a healthy weight to carry a baby very soon so the workout plans had to get started TODAY!

Today's Weight: 217.4 lbs
Goal Weight: 180 lbs
