This is my day 1

2 bowls of salad (one bowl w/tuna)
2 pieces of cake
4 bottles of water
2 servings of steamed corn and broccoli and cheese
1 serving of grapes

Not sure if this is my personal flog or if it will be shared. If it is public then hey....i am pretty dry right now. very frustrated that i am where i am in terms of weight. However i havent lost the motivation to loose and never loose your motivation. Happy loosing! Thanks
