Jackie here!! I started my workout today and did the at home workout for beginners. Now im not really a beginner but usually I just do 45 min of yoga. I'm getting married in May on the 11th and if I lose a pound a week I should be one sexy bride in may. I'm not above what my weight should be being 6'3 and 165 lbs but I really want to get down to 135 and stun people with my slamming body. Also after my wedding Ill be spending a month in hawaii for my honeymoon. And want to have the body and the energy to do all kinds of stuff like surfing and running on the beach in the morning.
