This is my first time on this site. Since I had my daughter in June I have lost 46 pounds. I'm determined to lose 70 more. I know I can do it!! I jog a mile each morning then lift weights and do squats. I'm so tired this morning and don't feel like doing anything but I have to!! Ok, time to eat some breakfast and start working out! I can do this. You'll never get anywhere in life if you don't get up and move!
