I have been told keeping track of foods is very important in reaching your goal. To reach my goal I am going to log everything I eat and any excercise done. This is not the way to start gaining muscle by skipping breakfast but today I woke up late and had no time.
Current Weight: 204
Breakfast: 0
1 cup of coffee
1 bottle of water
