Day 1

Weighed in this morning and I have gained 5 more pounds over the holidays!  I have serious goals for the new year, but waiting 4 days seems silly.  I pulled out the yoga mat and logged onto youtube (seems to be a great, inexpensive way to change up your workouts) and did 35 minutes in my living room!  Working out should be simpler this time around in terms of time management.  I've joined some groups and challenges to begin the momentum.  I am also planning on a 2.5 mile walk this afternoon.

Food:  This will be my greatest challenge.  They say don't eat if you're not hungry.  If I wait, I gorge.  I need to find a good meal planner and not get side tracked.  I think I have 2 solid months before I get pregnant (hopefully) and i want to drop 20 in the mean time.  Let's start with oatmeal for breakfast and see where we wind up.
