Today was a good day, went; to the gym this moring, and followed my program. I loved it,  for the excerisizes that I didn't know, I just googled on my phone and whala!  LOL! 
I stuck to the plan, for the most part, I struggled with one of my ab workouts, so what I did was increased the sets when I didn't complete the reps. 
So far really good!  I'm sore from last week, which makes it somewhat of a challange but  hey,  challanges are motivation for me. Looking forward to dayl 2!
