Day 1

My day 1 was supposed to be a gym workout and my day 2 a cardio workout. At our first 28 degree day after having frost two days ago... I needed to be outdoors. So I did a 5 km run today and will do the gym workout tomorrow. It was hot! It was fantastic! I am beginning with a positive spirit - let's see how long this lasts. I want to lose 20 lbs in one month... hoping it is realistic! We'll soon find out!
