Day 1!

Day 1.
It starts here! Motivation relatively high, feeling positive as taken a step in a positive direction.
Body = not so great, no exercise for the last year or so has not done wonders ...
Goals.
Get to 55kg, Tone my arms, legs and tum tum!
Exercise atleast 4 times a week
Cut out crap food; pizza, maccas, hot chocolates, coffee and alcohol.
Motivate myself everyday!
Went to gym 1hour (before finding this)
But afterwards had ice cream and cookie time! must stop bad habits!
