Today is Day 1 and it has gone pretty well. I woke up, and I ate a peanut butter & jelly sandwich (with all natural jelly) with an apple and a bottle of water. I felt good because I actually woke up at 8 a.m instead of 2 p.m. The breakfast was a good energizer for a little while, but it wore off quickly. Well, I am only trying to eat like 1200 calories a day so I only want to eat 2 big meals and then maybe 1 snack. My only problem is that my boyfriend is a big junk food snacker and it is so tempting to reach over and grab a bite, or a little bit of the snack. I am trying to drink more water and stay focused on something else to keep me from it.
Anyways, tonight I plan to make pasta with alfredo sauce and tomatoes with hot sauce. The tomatoes and hot sauce will be a separate like mix and go on top of it. Its healthy, and pretty low calorie. Plus, the hot sauce burns calories.
I might do a little bit of exercising. Probably some sit ups, push ups, wall pushups, lunges, squats and pelvic lifts.
