I'm trying to cut back in general in calories to under 1200. For breakfast I had some bread, about 100 calories there, and 120 or so calories for some greek yogurt. I grabbed a burrito bowl from chipotle, which range from about 700-800 calories each, and are definitely enough for two meals, so I ate half for lunch. I love the Chipotle burrito bowls because they fill you up, and they're full of a variety of different things, at least mine are, that are good for you. I get brown rice, black beans, chicken, lettice, tomatoes, corn, and sour cream. I ate half then ate a bar of frozen greek yogurt that my mom said I should finish - that was 100 calories. I'll eat the rest of the bowl for dinner. Minimal exercise today; but I might bike later on and I'm heading to the pool to relax in a bit. 1100 calories including dinner so far; we're going to my stepdads and there's a Yogo there and I can never resist that, so that might add 300 - hopefully I can resist.
Goals for Day 2:
Breakfast: an egg - 70 cals
banana - 100 cals
Morning snack/Lunch (It usually gets spread out throughout the school day) - cheerios, apple, PBJ - total of 380 cals
Come home, go for a run - 150-200 cals burned
Afternoon snack - Edamame - 170 cals
Karate - burn 200 or so cals
Dinner - try to keep under 400 cals
I understand the biggest meal of the day shouldn't be dinner, but I don't know how else, especially cuzza the school day and all, i'm supposed to have a big lunch or whatever. We'll work on it.
