Day 1 Here We Go!

Yay first day! Feeling pretty good. I'm doing beginner for the at home work out so it was nothing super intense. The only bump I hit were the push ups. I couldn't do the regular because, apparently, I'm not strong enough yet and I couldn't do the bent knee ones because (not trying to whine) they hurt my knees even with the cushy nike yoga mat. So what did I do? I improvised! I did 6 regular pushups instead of 12. I'm sure i'll be able to do all 12 in no time! Just have to work at it and not give up. I'm going to finish my workout with some cardio. 1.5 miles at 2.4mph on the treadmill should be great!
